Aamer Gibraan, an engineering student at Vasavi College, was tired of reading newspapers and tuning in to television only to find news from just about everyone's perspectives except that of the youth. So he decided to start his own news magazine.
"I wanted our voices to be heard, and there seemed no other way to do it than to start my own publication," he explains. Interestingly, the venture also let him explore his inborn talent, which was more geared toward mass communication than engineering.
